The Diamond Hill Charitable Foundation helps us partner with and serve our communities.

Our philanthropy focuses on four areas:

Building a diverse financial industry talent pipeline, focused on historically underrepresented groups
Non-profit organizations that provide direct scholarships to underrepresented students

Our $500,000 donation to The Columbus Foundation in 2020 provides support to our community in times of crisis

Our associates are active volunteers, helping us build stronger relationships with each other and our community.

We support and facilitate our associates’ support of their communities.

Our volunteer portal helps match associates with volunteer opportunities.
Our associates are active in our community with the Cristo Rey High School Work-Study Program, LifeCare Alliance, Ronald McDonald House Charities, I Know I Can, Pelotonia, Rock the Street, Wall Street and others.

We match our associates’ philanthropy to causes closest to them.

$2,000 match per employee per calendar year for any registered 501(c)(3) public non-profit.
An additional $1,000 match per employee each year for diversity, equity and inclusion-related causes.
Recognition of associate milestone anniversaries with donations of $500-$2,000 to a charity of their choice.
Our Dollars for Doers Program rewards the hours that associates volunteer through monetary gifts to organizations that mean the most to them.
